Production & Delivery Timelines by Product Line

Because every Aurmory keepsake is customized to your pet's photo, order fulfillment consists of Handcrafting/Production Time plus Shipping Transit Time (7–10 business days) via trusted carriers (such as USPS, UPS, or local postal partners).

1. Master Handcrafted Wool-Felted Pet Portraits & Figurines

Each piece is painstakingly sculpted using 100% premium natural Australian Merino wool, celebrated for its ultra-fine texture, natural softness, and rich color depth. True needle-felting is a delicate, labor-intensive art form requiring hundreds of hours of dedicated handwork. To capture your pet's lifelike anatomy, expression, and nuanced fur markings, our master artisans hand-blend colored Merino fibers and plant each detail layer by layer.

  • Photo Confirmation: 1–3 business days via email.
  • Artisan Crafting Period: 3–6 months (due to high bespoke demand and the rigorous handcrafting process, orders are created in sequence).
  • Pre-Dispatch Photo Preview: Once completed, our team will email you high-resolution photos of your finished portrait or figurine for review before shipping.
  • Shipping Transit: 7–10 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: Approximately 3–6 months from order confirmation.

2. Custom Pet Photo Projection Jewelry

Featuring precision micro-engraving technology to keep your pet's photo close to your heart.

  • Production & Assembly: 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping Transit: 7–10 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 10–15 business days (approx. 2–3 weeks).

Please note: Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During major peak holiday seasons, slight transit delays may occur.

Order Tracking & Creation Updates

For our wool-felted keepsakes, our customer support team is always happy to provide milestone updates upon request. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your carrier tracking number within 48 hours. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Address Changes During Creation

Because bespoke wool-felted orders involve a 3–6 month crafting timeline, you are welcome to update your delivery address anytime before final dispatch by emailing us at hello@aurmory.com with your order number. Once a package has been dispatched, the address cannot be altered.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Aurmory is not liable for packages stolen or lost after the carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking indicates the package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local delivery carrier directly with your tracking number. If an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence so we can assist you.
