Each piece is 100% handcrafted from scratch by master needle-felting artisans. We carefully build the foundational structure, match natural fur colors with layered wool fibers, hand-paint glass crystal eyes, sculpt clay features, and craft soft silicone paw pads.

We achieve an extraordinary overall likeness of over 85% to 95% compared to your reference photos, capturing not only your pet's physical features but their warmth and soul.

Our projection bracelets and necklaces hold your favorite pet photo micro-engraved inside a central optical crystal. There are three simple ways to reveal the image:

1. Look closely with your eye: Bring the curved front of the stone close to your eye to see the portrait clearly.
2. Project with flashlight: In a dim room, shine your phone's flashlight through the flat back of the charm to project the image onto a wall or surface.
3. View through phone camera: Place your phone camera lens gently against the front of the stone to see the enlarged photo on your screen.

Clear photos of your pet from multiple angles — front, left profile, right profile, and back — work best. Short video clips are also very helpful!

If you only have limited or older photos available (especially for pets who have crossed the rainbow bridge), our experienced artisans can seamlessly recreate their likeness with care. For custom projection jewelry, a single clear front-facing photo is all that is needed.

Yes, absolutely! Throughout the needle-felting process, we share detailed photos and video updates with you for review.

We will work closely with you to make adjustments to facial expressions, coat markings, and subtle details until the sculpture faithfully captures your pet's personality. Only after your final confirmation will we groom, set, and pack your piece for shipment.

Our sculptures are crafted primarily from 100% premium natural wool, complemented by hand-painted glass crystal eyes, a hand-sculpted clay nose, and soft silicone paw pads and tongue. All materials are non-toxic and hypoallergenic.

Pet fur integration: Upon request, you are welcome to send us a small pinch of your pet's real fur, which our artisans will gently blend into the sculpture's chest or coat for an intimate, lasting emotional bond. (Our custom jewelry line features natural gemstones, hypoallergenic stainless steel, and fine brass).

Because each wool-felted sculpture is a delicate heirloom artwork, it is meticulously cushioned, nestled in protective custom packaging, and secured in a sturdy outer box to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. You will receive an automated email with tracking information the moment it leaves our workshop.

Because every Aurmory piece is uniquely personalized and custom-crafted for your pet, we generally cannot accept standard returns once crafting begins.
