On the product page, you'll find the "Upload Pet Photo" option on the right side. Simply upload a clear, front-facing photo of your pet, and our artisans will take care of the rest — hand-engraving your pet's image into every piece with precision and love. Are the crystals genuine and natural?

Yes. Every crystal used in our bracelets is 100% genuine and naturally sourced. Because they come straight from nature, each stone carries its own unique colour variations and inclusions — making every piece truly one of a kind.

How long does it take from order to delivery?

As each piece is handcrafted to order, production typically takes 10–20 business days, plus shipping time (approximately 3–7 business days for the US, UK, and Canada). You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Will the bracelet fit my wrist?

Our bracelets feature an elasticated design that fits most wrist sizes (approximately 15–20 cm / 6–8 inches). If you need a custom size, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Can I return or exchange my order?

As all products are personalised and made to order, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a quality issue with your item, please contact hello@aurmory.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

Your pet's portrait is hand-painted directly onto the ceramic by our skilled artisans — a labour of love that captures their likeness with warmth and care. Every piece is finished by hand, making it a truly personal tribute to your beloved companion.

Can I order for someone else as a gift?

Absolutely. Many of our customers order for a friend or family member who has lost a pet. We can ship directly to them with discreet packaging.

Will there be any handmade marks on the ceramic pieces?

As each ceramic memorial piece is entirely handcrafted and hand-painted, slight variations, tool marks, or minor imperfections may be present — these are a natural result of the handmaking process and part of what makes each piece unique. If you prefer a flawless, factory-finished look, this product may not be the right fit for you.
