Thank you for shopping at Aurmory. Every piece we create is handcrafted with care — please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • United States — excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom

Delivery to certain remote areas may be restricted due to carrier limitations. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before ordering.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

All Aurmory pieces are custom handmade to order. Please allow for the following timeframes:

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Confirmation & Assessment: After your order is placed, our team will confirm your product details and photo via email within 1–3 business days.

Crafting Time: Skilled artisans take 10–15 business days to create your custom piece, depending on design complexity.

Delivery Time (includes production & shipping):

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, slight delays may occur — please allow extra transit time. Should there be any significant delay, we will notify you promptly by email.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number within 48 hours of dispatch. Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment.

If your tracking has not updated within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@aurmory.com.

Shipping Carriers

Your order will be shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other local delivery partners, depending on your location.

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you believe you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at hello@aurmory.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make corrections.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Aurmory is not liable for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please report the issue directly to the carrier using your tracking number.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at hello@aurmory.com. Please retain all original packaging and the damaged item, as they may be required for a carrier claim.
