Thank you for choosing Aurmory. All of our products are custom-made memorial keepsakes, crafted uniquely for you. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 hours, your order will have entered the production process and cannot be cancelled.
Return Policy
- As all items are custom-made, returns are not accepted unless the product has a quality defect.
- If you receive a defective item or one that significantly differs from the description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
- Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Personal preference (dislike, subjective dissatisfaction, etc.)
- Claims submitted beyond the 7-day window
- Damage caused by the customer
