Custom Pet Photo Sunflower Projection Necklace

There are three simple ways to view your pet's photo inside the sunflower projection pendant:

1. Look closely with your eye: Bring the curved front side of the projection stone directly to your eye to see the portrait clearly.
2. Project with phone flashlight: In a dimly lit room, turn on your phone's flashlight and hold the flat back of the pendant against the light. The portrait will project onto a wall or surface.
3. View through phone camera: Open your phone camera, place the lens right against the convex front of the stone, and you'll see the full photo enlarged on your phone screen.

For the clearest projection, we recommend uploading a high-resolution, well-lit, front-facing photo where your pet's face is centered and in focus. Close-up portraits work best!

Please avoid blurry, overly dark, or distant screenshots. If you are unsure whether your photo is suitable, feel free to email it to hello@aurmory.com and our team will review it for you.

The necklace is crafted with a combination of quality metals and a central nano-projection stone:

• Chain: Durable stainless steel that is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, and resistant to rust and tarnish.
• Sunflower Pendant: Finely crafted brass with a premium polished finish that delicately encases the central nano projection stone.
• Chain Length: 18" (45 cm) chain plus a 2" (5 cm) extender, allowing you to comfortably adjust the fit to your neckline.

To keep your custom projection necklace looking its best and ensure the projection stone remains crystal clear for years, follow these simple care tips:

• Water care: While durable for everyday wear, we recommend removing your necklace before showering, swimming, exercising, or soaking in hot tubs to preserve the polished finish and ensure the projection lens stays crystal clear.
• Avoid chemicals: Keep away from perfumes, hairsprays, lotions, and harsh cleaning chemicals.
• Cleaning & storage: After wearing, gently wipe it with a soft dry cloth, and store it in a dry pouch or jewelry box when not in use.

Because each custom piece is carefully crafted and micro-engraved to order, please allow approximately 17–25 business days in total:

• Handcrafting & setting: 10–15 business days
• Standard shipping: 7–10 business days

You will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as your necklace leaves our workshop. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Because every Aurmory piece is uniquely personalized and custom-crafted for your pet, we generally cannot accept standard returns or exchanges once production begins.

However, your satisfaction and happiness mean everything to us. If your item arrives damaged, has a quality defect, or there is an issue with your photo projection, please reach out to hello@aurmory.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will immediately make it right with a remake, replacement, or solution.
